The Elohim Cyclopea comes to initiate you in the Emerald Matrix so you might have a greater understanding of the Law of Precipitation and integrate into your life the cosmic currents of Light, the Universal Light available to all. That Light, that Life, is your very essence, your very Being, the Allness of who you are. Whenever you perceive yourself separate from another, you are not aware of that Universal Oneness. When you elect to become part of your Electronic and Causal Bodies, you discover worlds beyond worlds and a new level of perception of Reality and unreality. The Universe is orderly; it is Absolute. You embodied to co-create with God, to use the Universal Essence of Light, the Abundance of God, to sustain, heal, and create life. Cyclopea describes his altar and how the Emerald Matrix appears in pure Vibration and Light; how the Yellow and Blue Rays of Illumination and the Will of God converge on the altar to create the Emerald Ray; how he stands at the altar and projects the Emerald Ray to all who make the call. The Elohim emphasizes the importance of recognizing the Oneness of all life, of the part Light plays in any healing and precipitation, and the necessity for Purity when working with the Emerald Matrix.
