As the Ascended Masters survey the needs of this planet, the greatest need is a true understanding of what constitutes "Life" as the Masters define it - and then for mankind to truly discern those ways that correctly appropriate Life and those that do not. Men move in the River of Life that is constantly flowing through their four lower bodies from their God Presence and utilize it as if it belonged to them alone. But each Electron has had the charge from the Presence on it and is entrusted into our keeping with the Presence's Love, and with the Hope that it will be used to create God Good. This means we should always preserve Harmony and Purity in our thoughts and emotions, and in what we engage our consciousness in. The hope of the world does not lie in science, psychology or enlightened government. It is in the Truth, the Wisdom of the Law, and those who embrace the Law of their own God Identity and God's Will with all their Heart, and consider every Electron of Life as sacred.
El Morya announces a Proclamation from the Darjeeling Council: that you are to uphold the fullness of opportunity granted to you by the Brotherhood of Light in their many Dispensations; and that you will desire to Love God more fully and to embrace the Truth of the Law and all its disciplines required to live your life within that Truth. El Morya reminds the Torch Bearers of The Temple that they must guard their consciousness. This is a sacred vow taken and commitment to the Heart of Saint Germain. El Morya asks you to hold fast to the opportunities given to you as Dispensations. Rehearse them so you will not lose track of what is availed to you at any given moment. He instructs you to etch in your awareness the Face of the Firstborn that you are, so when you move through your day, it will be with the dignity of that Firstborn of the I AM who knows the Will of God and is determined to stay within that Will.
