The concept of the Second Secret Ray of Hierarchy is indispensable to the ascended state, for the giving and receiving up and down the ladder of Hierarchy is the order of life. Part of the reward of the Ascension is to enter back into that state of being everywhere in the Consciousness of God. If you wish to return Home in the Ascension, you must turn your back on your sense of identity as a partitioned human ego independent of God's totality, and embrace your Presence as the Allness of God Individualized. When you make the fearless move to embrace this Allness of the Godhead, you will not disappear. Instead you will be one facet in the Allness of the I AM THAT I AM, greater than you ever dreamed possible.
Lord Ling, best known for his incarnation as Moses, comes to part the waters of your own human emotions and untransmuted human ego substance that would keep you from accelerating on the spiritual Path required by your God Presence. Instructing you on how to know the true miracle of life, Lord Ling stresses the importance of bending the knee before your God Presence and of entering into the stream of Hierarchy, for then you are within the Will of God. He brings to your attention that interaction with Ascended and Cosmic Beings and with the Anointed Representatives requires that you be willing to transmute those elements within your vehicles that are in need of transmutation and refinement. Declaring there are many Dispensations waiting to come forth for each one individually and collectively, he explains that for the ongoing miracles to flow forth into your life and the life of The Temple, it requires that you understand that every aspect of life comes from The Source.
