Portia instructs you must apply Wisdom's Flame so that you are making right choices in your own life, which affects life about you. She reveals how Dispensations are weighed, and how to petition the Karmic Board. Portia poses: Weigh your life upon the Scales of Justice; that Justice between you and your Presence - taking stock of the Truth of Cosmic Law evident in your life, and what is out of alignment with that Truth of Cosmic Law. Stating that this is a deciding cycle for the Earth, she affirms you can make the difference. It is time. You cannot ignore situations in your country or in the world. You must not pass through this cycle leaving it to others to correct what is wrong upon the Earth. Your Presence desires to be engaged. The Holy Angels await your calls. And Portia awaits your recognition of what you are capable of achieving. This is not a time for those that know better to ignore what they have been taught. Your Presence can and will make a difference, but you must orchestrate your life to allow your Presence to do so. Let the Scales of Justice prevail in your life. Let the mark of God's Mind be that touchstone upon your Heart as the White Cube that allows you to know that Truth of who you are, and then begin the cycle of changing your ways, habits, thoughts, and desires. And readying yourself for the life your Presence has dreamed for you. Uphold the Truth of the Identity of your Presence. Let that be the sealing action that protects you, that teaches you how to engage in God's Light and the Work of the Ages that will change the course of Earth's history and allow the Golden Age.
