The antidote for the pressures of human life is "Ascended Master Light!" Your Electronic Body this instant is possessed of the same native Power of Light as the Ascended Masters. You can lower that Light of your Presence into your entire thought and feeling world, and raise yourself out of this human condition, entering into the Ascended Master realm of Eternity here and now. Then you will experience such a Freedom from burden you will never desire lesser states of consciousness again. When you have had enough of this outer world and are resolved to no longer re-qualify the Light of your Presence with any Earthly discord, then your world becomes filled with Ascended Master Light because you hold it inviolate. As this becomes the new keynote of your identity, as you remain tethered to your Presence and feed that Light into your life, it can be sustained 24 hours a day and you will walk in the radiance of your four lower bodies being used as the Grail Cup of your Holy Christ Self!
El Morya's Twin Flame speaks with a great force of Light to impress upon you the importance of engaging in the Light of your Presence daily, actively attending to the Flame upon your Heart's Altar. She instructs that if you desire to live an Ascended Master Way of Life, then you must desire the Light. For you to have the appetite for the Light, there must be the continual stepping up of vibration into that Light, acquired when you invoke the Light. Your daily invocations and interaction with your Presence is establishing your individual Golden Age, which will expand to the Ecclesia worldwide. Do not lay down the sword for one moment or shirk the invocation to the Light because you are too tired or too busy. The Goddess of Light asks you to let your voice be heard! Send forth the Light of God in accordance with the Will of the Light. And she will reinforce your calls and send her momentum to expand that Light to the fullest extent the Law will allow.
